What's FripDip?
FripDip is a startup from Gymnasium Kirchenfeld. Our goal is to produce sustainable and healthy dipped fruit chips. We focus on regional sourcing and are committed to greater responsibility and less food waste in the fruit industry. All our products are handmade and hand-packaged.
Production
All our products are produced locally. For our chips, we only use fruits that would otherwise have been discarded. We dry them using a solar-powered dehydrator, then dip them in Fairtrade chocolate, let them dry, and package them.
